Annette is co-host & co-producer of segments for The Unexplained World
cable show. Knowledge that spans many avenues that leads to her having input into the show and other avenues for The Unexplained World, a knowledge that
is respected by Ed Shanahan who considers her an equal in idea creativeness.
She is also High Priestess, Coven of the White Heart.

Born and raised a catholic in the south suburbs of Chicago, Annette was first exposed to alternative religions when her brother Dan brought home tarot cards and occult books from the local book store in the early 80's.

In 1990; during a trip to New Orleans, Annette took a special interest in Voodoo. Her thirst for a new spiritual path led to her learning more about different religions which dealt with magic, nature and the worship of the Goddess.

"Wicca in particular wound up calling to me and with family and friends I started Coven of the White Heart. At first, it was an open coven where anyone with an interest in the Wiccan way could come and attend a Sabbat or Full Moon ceremony." These first rituals were held in her home. Annette has always felt that
a witch is her/his own priestess/priest, but when leadership is needed, she fills the HPS role.

In the late 90's when facilitating public ceremonies outside her home, she
eventually met the group of wiccans/pagans that is "White Heart" today.
Eventually White Heart grew to include actual 'initiated' members. And later
the council (comprised of those already initiated) was formed to help train
newcomers and facilitate events, etc. The Coven is now a structured, working
organization that Annette is very proud of.

From 2000 to 2003 Annette ran a "pagan-friendly" tavern in Blue Island, IL
called Potions; Sandwitch & Brew, Inc. There she became very active in the
pagan community and held rituals and drumming circles for the pagan/wiccan
public in the Potions' garden. Annette is also a reader of the Fairy Tarot
and would give readings at the bar to expand her skills and help her customers.

It was at Potions that Annette and Ed Shanahan first met each other and
dreamed up the concept for their cable access show, called The Unexplained World.

The show delves into the paranormal, supernatural and spiritual realms. They
try to answer questions that the viewing audience might have with taped
interviews, haunted tours and alternative religious rituals. They also show the
lifestyles of REAL witches to help combat the Hollywood perception of them
being and practicing evil.

Over the last 15 years, Annette has had occasion to witness spirit crossings
in seance, witness healings by group will, predict life courses by divination
and bring desired change through spellcraft. She follows the 3-Fold Law
and lives by "Do as ye will, as you harm none!" credo.

Annette was handfasted to Greg (the radio show's producer) on Samhain, 2003.
They have just had their first baby, a boy, in June, 2004. They live in the Dunes
of Indiana where this radio show is created.

Amy is a consultant to the web site, and has put much effort in the site using her gift of what Ed calls a 'Psychic Feeler', to assist viewers in seeing by what she feels, in some of the paranormal photo web pages.

Amy an American Indian, has contributed in a spiritual way, opening doors and assisting in discovering a spiritual side that Ed felt he was in reach of, but did not have a guiding light to it, nor help in the understanding of it.

Amy's own words:
I am what is called a healer. I have a strong link with animals, they are my specialty. I am a strong devoted wiccan more in tune with air and water. I guess you could call my ability on emotions part of a psychic ability. I can normally look at a photo like say from a graveyard, and find emotions if any are in the area. Things some miss, I can spot by following I guess lines of emotions that pull at my mind.

I was around 4 when things started like this and my parents noticed. I would talk to people and see things they could not. Of course most children can and it is thrown off as an imaginary friend. I am in no way a cleaner and sometimes I can not tell you if it is a male of female, but I can sense the emotions involved.

LuAnne met Ed and Annette in 2003 while being interviewed for a show
segment. Through parallel interests, she has become more involved in the
Unexplained World and might assist Ed as a guest interviewer in the future
now and then.

Born and raised Lutheran, while growing up in Chicago, in her early-teens
she always felt like something was “missing” in her spiritual viewpoint.
Being an avid reader, she found she was researching Wicca progressively
and realized that her practice had been identified. “There have been several
times, in my studies, that I have felt the words that I’m reading fit my
beliefs perfectly, as if I could have written the passages myself”. It was
very comforting to find the resolution to that bothersome sense of
“something is missing and I can’t pinpoint what it is”. Since then,
everything has fallen into place.

When anyone asks where I'm from, I have to say, "Illinois" as I've lived just about everywhere from Carbondale to Champaign, Chicago to the Quad Cities. Born in Chicago, I moved during my early teen years with my family to the Illinois River Valley. As my father often said, "we moved from Chicago to Illinois."

Although raised as a Jehovah's Witness by my mother, my atheist folk-singer of a father and my friendship with a Buddhist grade-school teacher subtly started deeper pondering that eventually led to my walk out the door of that institution. After graduating high school, I traveled through Morocco and Western Europe. I returned to Illinois to continue my education both academically and vitally. There I found that the common sod had born strange fruit.

My friendship with a shaman started me on a path that I've been on and off for over ten years now. Since then, I've stumbled into more than the average number of paranormal adventures. one that Ed goes to often for an opinion or knowledge. Major contributor to the web site with her photos and investigations. Also a co-manager of the Yahoo group web page for The Unexplained World. In the future you will see her on the cable show.

Erin is a Psychic Medium. She has been doing readings for over 2 years, but has been empathic all her life. She learned how to do readings while in a chat room and seemed to happen by accident, but she feels everything happens for a reason.

She went to classes and ended up teaching before she left that website. Since then she has been practicing and working on improving her skills. She recently has become involved in ghost hunting, which is an awesome experience for her with the gift that has been given to her and she works with and uses.
